Yes! Free Postpartum Support is for You!

β€œIs Helping Hands really for me?”

The answer is YES!

We believe quality postpartum support should be offered, free of charge, to every birthing person regardless of their socioeconomic status, gender identity, race, culture, educational background, or trauma history. We offer this service at no charge because we know postpartum support is essential to maternal and infant health.

Helping Hands serves the new stay-at-home mom struggling to embrace her changing role, the family welcoming multiples, the professional parent on maternity leave, the single mother with three children, the teenage mom learning new skills, the mother in a shelter, escaping abuse, as well as so many more versions of new parents.

We are here to support your physical and mental health while you do the important work of recovering while caring for your new infant.

We know how hard it can be to ask for help. We want you to know that we are truly honored to be welcomed into this incredibly sacred space with you; to meet you where you are, to hold your hand, and to walk alongside you as you grow into this powerful new role.

If you could use a helping hand during this time of change, healing, and growth, we are here for you!
